1. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Australia. For orders outside of these regions, please contact us at IrynaKozachuk@fiorgini.com to inquire about shipping options.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping is free of charge. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days if the product is in stock, if you ordered gloves with individual features or wishes then the lead time may increase to 3-5 days. In peak seasons or during promotions, processing time may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Delivery methods

We offer several shipping methods, including

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 10 business days.
While this is the only option we can offer, as soon as we can offer express delivery, we will gladly do so.
Delivery methods and costs will be available for selection during the checkout process.
